After my second loss I was referred to a specialist where they found I had a blood clotting disorder. I needed to take baby aspirin everyday to sustain a pregnancy. My doctor also prescribed progesterone for the first trimester to help also. I took progesterone along with the baby aspirin with both my boys and had healthy pregnancies

I’ve had 9 losses 
For 2 of them I took progesterone after bfp, which didn’t help 
I’ve also tried progesterone after 3/4dpo twice which also didn’t help 
Unfortunately for me, progesterone doesn’t help. 
But I’ve heard of it helping for others, taken after a bfp
