Spotting and mild cramping at 10 weeks?

Woke up to brownish spotting when I wipe 
I'm 10 weeks 5 days. Have had mild period like cramps but they've been on and off for weeks.
Am I losing my baby?  😭

No blood is a good sign see a doc or early unit to get a scan.

Doesn’t look like a good sign. I had similar bleeding when I had a missed miscarriage.

Anytime you have any spotting contact your doctor. This does look like old blood so hopefully nothing serious 🤞🏼💖
