Pregnancy smoothie recipe ideas?
I’m 20 weeks pregnant. I used to drink blended protein drinks a lot before I became pregnant, but haven’t really since I’ve been pregnant. My doctor doesn’t really recommend them while pregnant.
I’m wondering if anyone has good recipes for smoothies? I need some ideas of what to put in them to make them taste good, and be nutritious and pregnancy safe. The ones I’ve tried don’t taste good!
