If you send your baby to daycare, how do you deal with them being sick all the time from daycare? Does it ever get any better? Is your job flexible when you have to stay home with a sick kiddo?

It feels like every other week our baby is sick with something new from daycare. I swear he spent just as much time at the pediatrician this week than he did at daycare lol. Not only do I feel terrible when he’s not feeling good (poor guy can’t catch a break this week), but it causes so much stress with schedules, needing to miss work (but having no sick time left), and the financial struggle of paying for daycare even on days he’s too sick to go. It’s weeks like these that make me wish I could stay home, or that we could afford a nanny.

Maybe I just need to complain/vent! But any advice is appreciated :)
