Fetal Doppler & finding heartbeat

If I’m 12 weeks tomorrow and haven’t been able to find the baby’s heartbeat yet with a fetal Doppler should I be concerned? The baby had a heartbeat at ultrasound a couple weeks ago, I just haven’t been able to pick it up on the Doppler yet and my doctor said 10-12 weeks is when you can usually find it:. I just wish I could to help ease my anxiety between appointments haha
