Mental Health & Pregnancy

Hello all you beautiful ladies ♥️ can I get some advice on how to stay mentally relaxed, positive and happy during all stages of pregnancy and labor. Had two miscarriages last year, currently TTC and have countless negative thoughts running in my head (including: fear or labor, loss of control over body, not being able to handle pain, going through another miscarriage again etc).

Any realistic advice would be highly appreciative. Take care 😊
