Pain upper right abdomen

Since I was about 20 weeks pregnant I have had this spot that is in my upper abdomen above my belly button just to the right that is sore and painful it started as just painful for me or anyone else to touch. And now that I am 35 weeks and bigger it is painful when my son moves and just throughout the day it will start hurting like stabbing pain hurting. Last night it was really bad my son was very active last night and I think that’s what caused it but it was just constantly hurting for a few hours. Does anyone have this too? I have had my BP checked it’s been good and my urine has been checked at every appointment. We went to a private ultrasound clinic at 30 weeks and my boy was breech with his head under my right ribs. Wondering if maybe that could be why? My OB hasn’t checked position of baby so I’m not sure if he is still breech or not. I brought the sore spot to my OB at my 30 week appointment and he just didn’t seem interested in my concern about it.
