UK waiting times

Hi everyone

I'm having a really hard time dealing with the waiting times and delays out with our control just now. My NHS clinic keeps getting closed or delayed due to staffing. It's been 3 years and still only had 2 IUIs, none successful. Got to the point of looking into private and our nearest clinic is giving no response. Can't get through to anyone on phone or email in 4 days of trying.

I'm now freaking out because I feel like private was always there as an option and I guess I expected (maybe naively) that it would be faster and more responsive.

What kind of service are you all getting at the moment? Are your clinics being affected by covid? What are the current treatment wait times where you are? Private or NHS?

I'm in West of Scotland.
