TTC after 12 years of infertility

I’ll try and keep this short but my husband and I finally conceived our daughter after 12 years of infertility. I have PCOS and irregular cycles.

My daughter is truly a miracle and my biggest blessing. I want nothing more in the world to give her a sibling (I’m an only child). My hubby and I have been trying for a few months and I’m not having any luck. Can anyone share their successful glow calendars of their cycle they conceived to give me hope or some helpful information. Currently taking folic acid and vitamin d. I have a 38 day cycle and that is normal for me. Thanks everyone baby dust to all ✨
