So my first child I didn’t sleep train and she was in bed with us for 5 years. 2&3 I did bc of nursing school and work . Now on this child I have not yet . I know we would get better sleep if I did bc right now she is attached to me feeding all night but just dreading it . I

My question is has anyone ever trained in their own bedroom ? All my other 3 have their own room or share but we don’t have an empty room for #4 . Just curious if it’s even possible to do it in the same room as the parents .

Don’t want to start drama as I know some do t believe in sleep training. I have always gently slept trained . Never left them to cry for long periods . Just looking for advice on where I should and if anyone has done it yet or not . And if so how did it go ?
