Help advice please

Hi! I’ve tested my first upt on 18/01 at night and saw a vvfl cos I have almost all the early preg symptoms for 4 days prior. On the 19/01 I saw a vvfl too but ofcourse darker and I tested with a few kits. So I went to general clinic and check on the 20/01 and doctor confirmed that it’s +ve tho he was shocked that I haven’t missed my period. Today, I checked again using CB digital with the 1st urine of the day & the results is as of the image attached. My period is due on 23/01. #1stimemom #advicepls
