Hcg levels 11 at 4 weeks. Next round of blood work tomorrow. Thoughts? Has anyone had it be this low?

Every time I've had a draw around that time, around that low, it has become a chemical pregnancy/early loss. That's 3 times so far. 
It can continue rising and become a normal pregnancy though! Don't lose hope and see what your next draw shows!

Levels have a huge range of normal. What will matter is if they double. :)

With all of my chemicals, I had HCGs between 30-60 at 4+ weeks. Yours is pretty low. That said, maybe you’re earlier than you think and they’ll double appropriately! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
