urine amount for dipping

my question , when i took my opk , i didn’t have much urine to use but i went in a cup so i dipped instead of streaming .. would that affect results ?

i’ve recently became a fan of dipping vs using a stream ..

so , i took my opk this evening .. it’s been about an hour and a half now.. and it’s noteably lighter than the one i took this morning .. i’m cd 9 so haven’t o’ed yet just curious 🤷🏼‍♀️
