Baby hasn’t moved

I am 14 weeks. I felt baby kick the past week or two. The past 3 days I haven’t felt anything. Only thing I felt was a tightness like he could possibly be moving or something. Maybe I am just over worried. Hopefully I am. But is it normal to not feel baby for a few days after you have felt him already ? 3rd baby and I definitely felt him kicking through my belly. My kids and boyfriend felt it also. He just hasn’t done it the past few days. Should I go het checked or just not worry? No pain or bleeding or anything.
