Godparents

I am pregnant with my first baby and my husband has one sister and I have five. his sister is not a huge fan of children and she doesn’t want any of her own, so no godmom, got it! all of my sisters want kids and I’m the first one to get pregnant I don’t want any of my sisters to be godparents and I know they will all be upset if I don’t pick one of them, specifically my older sister. she will have a complete meltdown which is one of the reasons why I don’t wanna pick her. I want to pick one of my husbands best friends who he grew up with because we are already godparents of their baby and I would feel more comfortable with them being godparents than my sister! how do I make it OK with my family that I’m not picking them because I know they’re going to be dramatic?! Plus they will say I’m not picking family we’re picking friends even though we consider our friends our family!
