This is my abdominal ultrasound at 7w3days I keep seeing those two light round looking spots above my actually confirmed baby.. it's nothing right...? Sorry if this is a dumb question

It could be part of the yolk sac. Bits and pieces of certain things can show depending on the angle of the probe since it was transvaginal. So in order to see the baby, it may fade out other things within the sac and vice versa.
