So my husband had a no scalpel vasectomy last January, so a year ago basically, but now I'm having a lot of pregnancy symptoms, and my period is due tomorrow. We had sex and he finished in me RIGHT around ovulation. And he never went back for a follow up sperm count test.

I am always tired

Nausea every day, especially when I'm hungry

My hair is falling out like crazy

I've had back/abdomen cramps and aches

I had spotting a few days ago, it was dark brown

My moods have been all over the place

I've been craving tacobell EVERY DAY, and I don't even like tacobell

I've been peeing a lot more

I don't have sore boobs or the worst nausea, like I did with my first pregnancy, and I am aware that period symptoms and period symptoms are very similar, plus the odds of pregnancy after vasectomy are low. Just not sure what I should do. Do I take a test? Has this happened to anyone else?
