Anybody deal with breath taking upper back and center abdomen pain during pregnancy?

Seriously the worst thing I have ever felt and I’ve been in pretty bad situations before. The pain makes it hard for me to breathe a regular breath and I am buckled over crying in pain. I looked it up and it says acid reflux but could acid reflex really have me feeling this way?

Ugggh I really don’t wanna go to urgent care for this but good heavens I might just end up there.
