This is my 3rd pregnancy I’m 38 weeks and 5 days, my midwife has booked me a appointment at 39 weeks and 1 days for a sweep. Any tips on helping labour start before my appointment as sweeps are not the most comfortable thing to have 🙈 I had one with my second and it did start labour but I’d prefer to try some stuff to start it before
