I’m 27+4 I sneezed today and a little pee came out when I did has this happened to anyone else?

Oh for sure😂😂😂 Just getting over covid and peed my pants multiple times during a coughing fit.  Gosh, pregnancy is beautiful lmao🤣

Yes lol. There’s an app called PEE which strengthens your pelvic floor to help combat this. A few weeks ago I peed A LOT whilst vomiting and went to hospital thinking my waters had broke 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

I just saw a TikTok about standing up and crossing your legs when you gotta sneeze. Supposedly that helps? I have t gotten to test it out yet and I don’t squirt that often when I sneeze right now to begin with (29+5). Kegals also helps you not have that problems as much I’ve heard.
