Covid and very early pregnancy. HELP!

Hi everyone! I just got my BFP on Saturday (1/22) and am only about 12/13 DPO. I just tested positive for COVID and I am freaking out. Is this going to affect my pregnancy? Does anyone know if it has been linked to a higher chance of miscarriage?
