I started getting ovulation pains the day before my peak so right on time. It started on the right then switched to the left and stayed on the left on and off that day and night. Couple days after ovulation I’m still feeling pains on and off on both sides and they seem to alternate. I’ve had all kinds of testing and no cysts or fibroids so not sure why I’m still getting those sharp spontaneous pains…my right tube is blocked and I’m hoping to determine whether or not I ovulated on the left side this month but it’s impossible to know!
