Might be in labor? Idk
Hey all checking in because I don't know what to think. Last Tuesday and Wednesday I was in L&D because I was having cramping like period pain and lower back pain. They decided to do a fetal fibronectin test, which came back postive. This means I was 17-41% more likely to go into labor in the next 7-14 days. But my doctor didn't get too excited over it. They also did urine and blood work for pre-eclampsia because I had a lot of swelling but all that looked normal. They did check me and said I am 1 cm dilated and I had been loosing chunks of my mucus plug, which my doctor also said was normal because I was dilated. While being monitored my contractions would come and go on thier own so they decided to discharge me. Well Friday I tested postive for covid and had been feeling pretty crappy until recently. Well today I have been feeling just off.... nausea, having a lot of small frequent bowel movements, on and off stomach type aches, and my whole belly just feels very tight and hard. And I've been leaking ALOT of colostrum (normal I do a little but it's been a lot ) I don't wanna go back into the hospital just for them to tell me the same thing and send me home, but idk something just feels different. Although I'm not having the back pain. I am also worried it might be early labor but I'm just not sure.
