Ovulation a day after period ends??

Is it possible to ovulate a day after your period ends?? I’m having bad joint pains in my left leg/hip, lower back pain on my left side, what feels like ovulation cramps, and water CM?? I took a pregnancy test and it showed the slightest line but it is probably just an indent line🤷🏽‍♀️
