I started taking a powder called Ovistol about 3 months ago due to my PCOS and I have gone from not getting a period to basically light spotting to heavy bleeding every day, and its veen going on for about 2 months now. My doctor wants to put me on birth control yo try to regulate my periods, but Im 33 about to be 34 and don't know how much longer I have before Ill stop producing eggs. Does anyone else have any experience with this powder and PCOS any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
