Ok, hitting 30 weeks on Wednesday. Tonight I’ve been experiencing cramps in my lower abdomen. They kind of feel like period cramps or like when your about to have diarrhea. I sat on the toilet thinking it was diarrhea and literally nothing.

While experiencing that I also had nausea on and off.

I’m a FTM so this is all new to me. Thoughts and advice? Could the cramps have been Braxton Hicks? There was no consistency so it’s not on my mind that they could be pre-term contractions
