I feel like my breastmilk is decreasing. We are COMBO feeding (formula + breastmilk) but I wasn’t a great producer to begin with. I have a 32oz of breastmilk stash from the freezer.

But today is just not the day. I’m mentally and emotionally and physically beyond exhausted. No great help to find. Husband has working construction and corporate job. I only get 5hrs of divided sleep in 24hrs for the last 9weeks. I know this is nothing compare to others concern. I’m a first time mom and having a great hard time.

Also babe is waking every hour between 12am - 6am. Not sure if this is growth spurts. He just had his 2months vaccine 2days ago and he did great.

Sorry to vent. But I just have nobody to talk to without being judge.
