How far apart were your contractions when they just started?

Am 39 weeks and 2 days.. I've been having contractions on and off through put the day.. usually 25 apart and, about 30 seconds long on an average. Is this how they start off ?

That sounds like the start to me! When they are consistent it’s the start of labor; if they are inconsistent and all over then it’s Braxton Hicks

Mine started at 9 minutes apart and progressed from there.

If they don’t stop, yes. If it stops then starts again later that’s Braxton or just super early
