so my lmp was dec. 4th, i got tons of positive pregnancy tests. my hcg levels started at 14 then 3 days later 44, was booked for a ultrasound but a week before my appt i started spotting and cramping. based off my lmp i would’ve been about 6 weeks. i went straight to the ER and the blood was SUPER light. like only when i wiped and was a light pink color. they did a blood test and my hcg was only 80… they did 2 ultrasounds, one on my stomach and one with the vaginal one. they saw no signs of pregnancy inside or outside the uterus. my discharge paper has my diagnosis as miscarriage vs ectopic n pretty much says i need a follow up appt to conclude. i got my blood drawn again but i’m not even sure what they were looking for. the bleeding stayed super light the whole time and i didn’t really have any clotting. i also didn’t have any cramps after that first day. i’m just so confused and have so many questions so i’m curious if anybody went through anything similar ? my primary doctor who did my first 2 blood tests pretty much told me she doesn’t think i was ever pregnant and my levels rising were just “natural” like … 🤔 i’ve just been super stressed and feel like there must be something wrong with me..☹️
