Spinal fusion and pregnancy

I had a lumbar spinal fusion in 2013 to repair scoliosis. I had tried to do some research a few years ago about if/how this could affect pregnancy, and all i found was that it most often resulted in c-section (which is fine with me) but not a lot of detail or explanation. At my first appointment today, at 11 weeks, my doctor gave me a pamphlet for a perinatal navigator (not a term i’d heard before) that would be reaching out to me in the coming weeks about my spinal fusion, since I’m fused where an epidural would go. I was looking at the pamphlet later, and it says that a perinatal navigator is to help people “with pregnancies identified as high risk.” She didnt say anything about being high risk at my appointment, how worried should i be about this ? Has anyone here had a pregnancy after a spinal fusion and can share their experience ? I go back in four weeks, so if i dont hear from them before then, i’ll bring it up at the appointment. Just wanted to see what information i could get, this is my first pregnancy and I’m so anxious about everything 😅
