HELP! How to calculate DPO and when to test

Here is my ovulation test results from this last week and I’m just so confused how to calculate DPO and when to start testing. I know the TWW but I’m just antsy. Or do I just relax and wait this out? Help help help please! It does also say that my Ovulation was on the 25th according to the app but does that coincide with what the ovulation test says?
