I’m losing my mind and I’d just like some honest advice. TTC after 2 mc (a year and 4 years ago).

I’m only 8dpo (early I know) but I’ve had some minor cramping, spotted last night (just enough to barely see pink when I wiped), the first nosebleed I’ve ever had in my adult life also happened yesterday, and this evening I have heartburn and became nauseous and it comes and goes.

I know I could be symptom spotting and I know hormones before AF could cause some of this but all of them within 32 hours is making me overthink. I will say that this is not my normal pre-AF symptoms. Also im cranky as heck 😂 but that’s fairly normal.

I took a hpt this morning and it was bfn.

Any advice/experience would be appreciated even if it’s “tough love” because I could be over analyzing every little thing. TIA and sticky baby dust to all ✨
