How many embryo transfer did it take?

Question

I was curious to know how many embryo transfers you did until you had a baby? I have had two frozen transfers both ending in miscarriage. All embryos were PGT tested and normal and my RPL panel came back normal.
My doctor says sometimes it takes multiple tries. Would love any info!

My first FET failed (embryo broke apart minutes before transfer) my second we transferred two and successful carried twins to 37 weeks!

I’m so sorry! My first PGS tested embryo worked but ended in miscarriage. It was truly devastating. We just transferred our second 🤞🏼. If I miscarried twice with PGS tested embryos I might start asking some questions… though I’m not sure what questions to ask. I thought the point of PGS testing was to lower the chance of miscarriage so it was a huge shock for me. I’m so sorry again

Fours transfers (1 det fresh, 1 set fresh with miscarriage, 1 frozen set, 1 frozen det biochemical) and no baby. Referred to surrogacy.

I did one fresh which failed, one frozen which was a chemical, and am waiting to find out on the 3rd. This time I am on holiday and added acupuncture so fingers crossed. We have 5 more in the freezer. 
I know of a family friend who had 8 embryos and got pregnant on the 8th try so its different for everyone!

1st FET was successful and resulted in our son. 2nd was also successful. Almost 19 weeks now. All embryos were pgs tested and normal. Started PIO injections daily, estradiol pills and baby aspirin a week or so before transfers. Stopped estradiol at 10 weeks, PIO at 12, and baby aspirin I stopped at 20 weeks with my 1st but my OB wants me to continue taking it the entire pregnancy now with my 2nd bc I’m almost 37 and AMA. 🥴 It helps lower risks of some of the things that “older” moms may be more prone to get like high blood pressure and stuff.

Honestly I think sometimes it’s just a crapshoot. I was super lucky in that my first transfer worked with my only embryo,, did a second retrieval and second transfer ended in mc, and third transfer worked and I’m 34+3 with #2. So 2 babies out of 3 transfers. My embryos were all untested. After 2 mc, I would be asking questions or maybe talk to the Dr. about a protocol change possibly.. Were you already on an autoimmune protocol? Prednisone, Aspirin, Lovenox?

3 normal tested embryos. First transfer railed. Second ended in miscarriage. 3rd we transferred to a surrogate and she’s currently 31 weeks 🤗

My first frozen failed l, and my second worked. I’m currently 20 weeks. For the second, we added acupuncture, prednisone until 12 weeks, intralipids infusion and Claritin/Pepcid, which were all meant to help with implantation and lower changes of miscarriage.
