Does anyone use these?

I read that very little to none vitamin D is transferred through breast milk. I bought these on Amazon and I’ve been giving him a 1 ML dose once a day. He’s been so fussy lately. More than usual and I’m wondering if it has anything to do with this. Maybe it’s upsetting his tummy ? Does anyone else use a vitamin D supplement while breast feeding?

Is that the recommended dosage? I didn’t think it was that much. I did use that when exclusively pumping and I didn’t notice any issues.

With D-vitamin you absolutely need to follow the recommended dosage typically 1-2 drops a day - you can actually overdose on D-vitamin!

Our pediatrician prescribed us a vitamin D supplement. Baby doesn't like the taste of it, but otherwise we've had no issues.

I used this one. I believe one drop a day was the dosage. My kid never complained

I don't know what the dosage there is, but if you have given suggested dose and think vitamin D causes tummy issues, look for a different type of vitamin drops. They have different base olis the vitamin is dissolevd in, and maybe youd kid just doesn't tolerate the specific oil in it.
