First time IVF low AMH and Poor responder to stims…

So I had my day 6 ultrasound and I have 6 follicles over 7mm and a couple that are 5mm. I’ve been on 75IU Menopur and 225 Follistim. They upped my dose to 250 Follistim and 150 Menopur. I’m just like why didn’t we have me on a higher dose before so I could have the possibility of more follicles. Also they had me start ganarellix 2 days after that ultrasound. Has anyone else been successful with only 6 follicles? What was your dose? My AMH is 2.054 and I’m 25.
