My almost 3 year has moved into a big boy bed and the last month he gets up at night a few times and runs in our room. We put him back to bed sometimes after a struggle. He then wakes at like 3-4 am and won’t go back to bed, He’s started falling asleep during the day I’m the couch. He still gets at least an hour nap mid day as well as these couch sleeps. His nighttime waking is obviously affecting him. He has multiple night lights, bed full of stuffed comfort toys, night diapers and white noise all per request.

Any suggestions? We do live in a townhouse so if there are noises outside we can’t avoid it. We bought a toddler alarm comics but he won’t stay in bed to see it lol
