Watery Discharge indicates what??

Just wanted ask the ladies a question 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

I had sex yesterday and it was kinda exhausting and tiring because he was too rough though i handled it well. We used a condom and he came outside during oral. But the second time afyer showering, we tried not using a condom for 20 seconds and he didn't came. So today, Im having this sore feeling in my pelvic area and Im producing alot of wet, and clear slimy discharge. Im not sure if its because my fertile window is open.

Any Advice??
