I’m 37 weeks pregnant and at my last scan my baby was weighing 7lbs 6oz already so they sent me for a GD blood test which I’ve had. If it comes back that I do have it what will change in what I’m meant to be doing? I’m due this baby in 2 weeks surly there’s nothing I can do other than wait to give birth to him?

I’m from the UK if anyone else has experienced this or has any advice for me please let me know
