Extremely dry discharge after sex ?

So I had been experiencing an infection down there, so I was prescribed an antibiotic & I had taken all but 2 of them so far & me n my bf decided to have sex Bc it’d been a good while lol. When we were done I looked at his penis & my discharge almost looked like after u use an exfoliant & u have like dead skin rolled up idk so I touched it & it almost had the texture of like playdough or something it was sooo thick it was weird. No smell or anything. I’ve also been tested by urine & blood for stds like a month ago. Is my cm maybe dry from the antibiotics I’ve been taking? Maybe a yeast infection now? I’m kind of at a loss. Has anyone experienced this kind of discharge before?
