Usually it doesn’t mean much, unless there’s blood, but that looks like kinda brownish so maybe old blood? So idk, ask your provider

Yes - you can call your OB and let them know but I don’t think they would have you do anything. Keep an eye out for contractions though as they might start to pick up.
