Advice? Hope? Insight?

So I'll try and make this as short as possible. I'm not even sure what I'm looking for here, I just need to let it out..

Had a significant amount of blood after sex with my husband the other night. Small amount on the sheets under me and when I wiped up after but that was it.

Today I had a BM and I'm a bit constipated so I strained a bit and there was blood in the toilet and on the toilet paper when I wiped. Seemed as soon as I wiped up it was gone? If that makes sense. No clots but both time it was bring red blood followed by pink.

I'm 10+4 today. Had my dating scan at 8+5 and there was a heart beat. I don't want to go to the hospital right now because it's overwhelmed with covid patients so it may be very hard to be seen.

I'm obviously scared. This would be mine and my husband's first child together, been together 9 years and 7 of those we've been trying for a baby.

Anybody experienced anything similar?
