Should I be worried?

If a man says he gets alot of women, should I be worried? Like it doesn't necessarily mean he's sleeping with them all? He's an attractive guy, so I'm not surprised to be honest... He just randomly gave me this information and then when I went to his house, he had sound proof walls to stop his house mates from hearing women screaming during sex. I mean he's a single man so I'm not mad at him for having fun.
