Hi everyone! I’m new here!

I was just diagnosed with PCOS today after a random missed period (missed January). I thought I was pregnant (not really trying but wouldn’t mind if I was) but all my pregnancy tests were coming back negative.

I went to my GYN and they did a few tests and stuff and it came back that I have PCOS. I don’t know what to do next. Any help? Tips on management?

I’m 28 and wasn’t really trying to conceive but now I feel like I should start because this is going to be difficult? Help!
