hello! I haven’t posted on this app in years. I have been dealing with a situation, I was really hoping you all could offer me some advice. Google/Reddit none of those websites has helped.

So, due to the underwear I have to wear for work (thongs, not great material) I have been getting redness and irritation which leads to itchiness right around the bottom of where the entrance to my vagina is. I know for a fact it’s not STD related and when I don’t wear underwear all day this feels relieved.

Really what I’m asking is, is there any type of cream of some sort I could put down there to relieve the irritation? I am nervous since it is so close to the internal part of my vagina it’ll seep in and irritate it more.
