What is the best breast pump you've used that was less then $200?

I would prefer one without a lot of tubes that are difficult to clean but I'm not sure where to start looking, I only ever used a hand pump with my first baby.

Unfortunately my insurance does not cover breast pumps :( which is why I never got a nice one with my first baby. However I am a little more financially stable this time around and have some extra spending money.
