Working with pregnancy difficulties

**UPDATE I had a really great heart to heart with my manager today. She said I cannot be discriminated against for being sick while pregnant and I will not lose my job, however if I wrack up over 22 sick days in 3 months the union might cut my benefits back and she also recommended I look into sick leave if the doctors feel my bedrest will last longer. I'm so relieved that I can't lose my job over this. But I think ill continue to feel guilty about not being able to be my best self for my patients and the other staff for a long time.**

How has it been for those working full time for those with significant morning sickness or any other pregnancy issues. I'm practically bed ridden from sickness despite being medicated. I've had bleeding and cramping, ended up in hospital and was put on bed rest this week. My work is very physical and active and they've been trying to accommodate me but they can't have me gone all the time. I'm 9 weeks today and struggling so much mentally and physically. Did anyone have to leave there jobs from a difficult pregnancy? How did you handle busy, long shifts if you did continueto work? (im in Healthcare).

I just need to know im not alone. 😣 this is my first pregnancy and it feels like its killing me.
