Help!! 32 weeks spotting

Hi there, can anyone help if they ever experienced this. This is my second pregnancy and first time happened to me. I got spotting again today on 32 weeks 6 days. I got one on 4 February and no spotting since then. I was warded for 2 days for monitoring and everything is fine. I got shot steroids too in case it’s preterm. But today I got this small spotting again. I’m worried should I go to hospital again. I don’t want to get warded again since it’s covid now. The cases is increasing again🥲 I don’t want to expose too much. Plus no visitors allowed at my place.
