*Premature labor??* Should I get this looked at?

28 weeks & 6 days with a history of premature labor (35 weeks)

Woke up to go pee and had some cramps and back pain. When I wiped, it looked like I was losing some of my mucus plug (looks more yellow in person) which I have had for a few weeks and I know it regenerates so I wasn’t worried. But I still felt something really wet so I wiped again and more came out but with a dot of blood. I just had my urine checked and I don’t have any infections either. I’m still having some cramping.
