I had my first at 27 and feel that I really needed my early and mid twenties to be young and wild and free. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed motherhood had I not gotten a chance to get that out of my system. Now that I have, I thoroughly enjoy being a mom and do not miss that experience

I chose 28-31 because i had my daughter at 28 and now pregnant with my second and im 30. Its a good age because im financially stable and i kind of know what or how i want my life. I am a freelancer and traveled a lot in my 20s like once or even twice a month. I feel good i got that out the way. But another part of me wished i started early to have children, because at 30 i was getting so stressed because hubby wanted to wait and i felt so old. I fell pregnant anyway, surprised but happy. I would be very upset if i had to wait another yr or two as husband wanted.

I had my kids early. I had my first at 23 and my second at 25. I had already graduated college, had a career for 2+ years and had been established in my field already for about 6 years. None of it mattered because i ended up a SAHM and took a whole different route after my kids were born. I cant imagine waiting any later for them

It just depends on what you want. Each age range has its own pros and cons. I had my daughter at 24 and turned 25 a month later. I always had wanted to be a young mom and had had baby fever since 18 years old. I was happy to have my daughter, but I’d kinda wished I had waited until I was a little older. You don’t realize what you’re missing out on before you had kids. You don’t have anyone else to miss if you and your partner decide to go on a vacation just the two of you. Having a kid was the best thing I’ve ever done but also the most heartbreaking. I know one day the person I love the most in the entire world (my daughter) will go on without me and I’ll be lucky to be in her top 5 list of favorite people once she has her own family. Since I had her a little younger, I’ll live more of my life with just my husband and I without her. We’ll miss having her around when it’s just the two of us after she’s grown that we didn’t feel when it was just the two of us before she was born. I almost wish I had waited longer to have her, but I’m also glad I have more years of my life to get to spend with her. Idk if any of that made sense or not lol.
