Hi I’m new to all this I was in my own with my daughter for 9 years and decided to join a dating site which I found pretty interesting I met such a lovely friendly and caring guy he spoke for a few months and then he came down to meet me in person (he surprised me as didn’t tell me he was coming) so my daughter was home which I don’t normally want guys round my daughter till I no the relationship is going somewhere

Anyway he made me and my daughter feel so comfortable and relaxed my daughter even spoke with him pretty much straight away which is not like her as she’s normally shy round anyone she don’t no he stayed for 1 week then had to go bk home for work he messaged every day and would speak on the phone he then came up again couple weeks later and spent almost 2 weeks with us everything seem to be going great then he went bk home and things seem to be a little off I just put it down to him working

Then one night he called me we was speaking and I hear a girls voice in back ground then he hangs up with out saying anything he then text me straight away saying I have to get back to work ( which I no was a lie as it was his day off) and haven’t seen him in person since he speak but not like we use to

Just want to get some advice as I do have feelings for this guy and my daughter adores him but don’t want her getting hurt
